I was wondering if you carry the New Balance 646 walking shoe in a woman’s size 9.5 D width. They seem to be difficult to find.

    Thank You.

    • Sabrina says:

      Hi June,

Unfortunately the 646 was discontinued and replaced, so we no longer have them in stock. We have the replacement which is the 759.

Just wondering if you carry the minimus 20v3 cross trainers?!
I have read many reviews and heard they are a good cross trainer!
    I generally wear size 7!

    Thank you!

    • Sabrina says:

      Hi Sam,

I’m really sorry for the delayed response. We do carry the Minimus 20v3 Cross trainer in store. Unfortunately we cannot sell them online, but they are an awesome cross trainer, so I definitely recommend coming into a store to try them on.

      Thank you, Sabrina

I have been looking online for compression calf sleeves, I came across yours and after looking at some other brands, I decided yours were the best. So I was wondering if you had the one pair compression calf sleeve in, the red and black or the white and red. Thanks Tanner

    • Sabrina says:

      Hi Tanner,

Our stores carry the compression calf sleeve in medium and large in the black with red. If you would like to order a pair, feel free to call us at 1-888-501-1333 and we will put the order through for you.

      Thank you, Sabrina

    Hi Ray,

I’m really sorry if you were told the wrong information. All of our stores only carry the 710 in D and 4E, so there is a chance that the person you spoke to meant that. I’m happy you were able to find the 2E width on our website! Hope they work out for you.

    Thank you, Sabrina

I have a pair of black New Balance that I have had for several years. They still look very good even after years of wear. I love them- they are very solid walking shoes.
    2A Size 8- WW811BK
Is this shoe available in other colours? Or is there a replacement shoe?? Thanks

    • Nathan says:

      Hi Shirley,

I’m happy to hear the 811’s have worked out so well for you! The replacement for the 811 is the 812, but we still have a few sizes left of the 811 if you prefer to stick with them. I checked in our inventory and it looks like we have your size left in the white and the beige version of the 811.

      Thank you, Sabrina

  6. Carl Los says:

Hi, as my old supplier for New Balance 812 is now going out of business, do you carry this shoe in the size 16? Width 4E. It might be to your advantage to now carry these larger sizes as I know many customers who were buying them at Cop’s Shoes in New Westminster and they as I said are now going out of business. I would come if these such sizes are on your shelf. I am still not comfortable in buying a shoe online as I would need to try every shoe I own on first before buying it.

    • Nathan says:

Hi Carl – thanks for the heads up. We carry a pretty extensive oversize section in each store (I’m in Langley and I can see a couple options here in your size). I understand your concerns about buying online; we want to make sure people are happy with the fit of their shoes, so if they don’t fit, we prepay the return shipping. In the store, trying on before you buy is no problem; we can bring shoes in from our Boston warehouse in any size. Anyway, we do carry the 812s, and we can get a pair in your size from Boston in a 16 4E in about 12-14 days, so give us a call if you’d like us to bring a pair in. – Thanks, Nathan

  7. I recently received 2 new pairs of running shoes by mail from the Langley Store. I was a little unsure about choosing my runners online and having them mailed to me. However, the service was easy, fast and fun! My runners fit perfectly and I love them! I’ve been wearing them for 2 weeks, and they are by far, the best runners I have ever owned. If you are ready for a new pair of runners for your workout program, contact Alex Harvey at the Langley Store. He is a shoe god. Thank you New Balance!

  8. David de Villiers says:

Hi, I was wondering if you (NB – Langley) have the new (2012) Mens 990 model in stock? I am looking for a grey pair, US 11½, D or 2E?

    • Nathan says:

Hi David – we do have the 990 in 11.5 D in stock. Currently we have it in black; however, if you’d rather have it in grey, we can ship it to your address for free from another of our stores if you’d prefer grey or a wider width.

  9. Tony Kraayvanger says:

Dear Sir, About 1.5 years ago my daughter Jennifer Kraayvanger bought a pair of NB shoes at your store. Since it is very difficult to find good shoes for her, we were wondering if you still have a record of her purchase including model, size and width. Jennifer has moved to Cranbrook and she needs to replace the shoes she bought in Langley. Hope you can help us out. (purchase in Langley might been paid for by her sister Joan Kraayvanger)

    • Nathan says:

Hi Tony – I’ve looked through our records in-store and online, but it looks like whomever bought the shoes didn’t leave a name with us (it’s optional but not required to register your shoes in the store so we can look them up later). The best suggestion I have would be to look at the label on the tongue of the shoes and get the US size (a number like 8.5), width (letter like B), and model number (code like WR1080LS). New Balance shoe tongue labelThat way, we can let you know if that shoe is still made, or what it’s replacement would be. – Thanks, Nathan
